Learner’s World International School (LWIS) Istanbul was established in 2020 as a private, international, English-medium, co-educational day school (K to 11). LWIS Istanbul is learner-centered in philosophy of education and multi-national in curriculum, staff, and learners. LWIS Istanbul is a member of the LWIS Network. The school aspires to become an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School like its sister schools in Lebanon.

Our early learning center incorporates spaces that are designed with the principles of Reggio Emilia approach, inspired by our mission that prioritizes nurturing children to become lifelong learners. Our learning spaces are carefully designed to encourage ‘real-life’ interactions that support learning. The environment is considered a powerful component to inspire and provoke children’s curiosity to make choices, develop their interests and skills as well as interact with other members in the community.
